What is Livolux?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@livolux.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@livolux.com.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you'd like a different size or style, email us at support@livolux.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order for what you want.

How can I track my order?

What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
First, check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 11 business days have passed since your order was placed and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@livolux.com and we will look into it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@livolux.com if you need to make a change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
